How do I schedule multiple lessons?
Our scheduling form allows you to specify how many lessons you would like to book, as well as the length of each session.

Can I record my lessons?
Yes, you are welcome to do so for your personal use. This can be accomplished using a screen capture application such as ScreenFlow (Mac) or VideoStudio Pro (Windows). For optimal performance, we recommend that you record only when the instructor is giving demos from his or her computer. You will need to make sure that your screen capture software is correctly configured to record the audio output of Skype.
How and when do I pay?
Payments are securely processed via PayPal. You will not be charged until after we contact you to schedule a date and time for your lesson.
After you provide us with your availability using our online scheduling form, we will call you to confirm a lesson time. You will then be emailed a PayPal invoice with a link to pay online. Either log in to your PayPal account, or pay via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover. Payment is due within 24 hours after the receipt of your invoice.
We can also take your payment over the phone if you prefer.

Our main office is in San Francisco. Our instructors work from their personal offices in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Seattle, Portland, and other locations across the USA.
